Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Dublin
Salary: €90,000-110,000

Reperio has partnered with a highly promising start-up in the Irish fintech sector. After enjoying significant success in Q1, they are hoping to expand their AI team by adding a Senior ML Engineer in Q2. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and scaling their ML infrastructure, leading complex projects from ideation to deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to bring intelligent features to life.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or applied machine learning
• Strong programming skills (Python, ideally with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX)
• Experience with ML pipeline tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow)
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling, data processing, and distributed systems
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments
• Knowledge/experience of LLM deployment
• Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or real-time inference
